Using AI to improve cardiovascular care

Artificial intelligence (AI) impact on medicine is huge.

AI can significantly support and improve doctors’ productivity and diagnostic performance at all stages of the cardiac imaging chain, including classification, automatic quantification, diagnosis, and risk prediction.

AI has demostrated superhuman performances in terms of measurements accuracy and reproducibility. Utilization of AI increases patient safety and decreases healthcare costs.
Furthermore, AI is particularly useful for imaging doctors in training as it provides anatomic guidance and interpretation of complex imaging results.

During this meeting, AI application in cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) image analysis and its impact on cardiovascular care will be discussed.

When and where?

Tuesday 11th, April 2023.
